Nordschleife is the longest race one can do at the German circuit of Nürburgring. In the 70's it was called Grüne Holle (Green Hell) by F1 pilot Jackie Stewart.
Races, championships, GP's and other events have taken place here since 1927 and many motor fans decide to try their own cars on it.
These images were taken last Sunday... Some accidents provoked a yellow flag and a bold fan decided to act as a race official by warning the rest of the pilots. He almost died.
