This cop from the County of Douglas (Kansas) experienced a tense situation when he pulled over next to a car that was stopped by the road... when he approached the vehicle, a man armed with a rifle showed up... Fearing for his life, the cop shot his gun, injuring the man on his arm.



I don't wanna laugh at the police (perhaps I'd call my mom if I faced such situation), but wow... when he tells the man to get down on the ground, he looks about to start crying...
