An armchair and a throne are not the same. You want your armchair to be comfortable and your throne to command respect.
On an armchair you watch TV, read a book or spend many hours sitting on it... on a throne you receive emissaries and address important matters.

This throne made of dildos is a tribute to Game of Thrones show. What I don't know is if they left a cleared zone with a cushion or not...

HOW THEY DO IT

Sandals are one of the oldest types of footwear known and have been used by different cultures worldwide throughout history.
In ancient Egypt, sandals were often made of papyrus, leather, or other natural materials. Greek sandals were typically made of leather and had thicker, sturdier soles than Egyptian ones. Roman soldiers wore sandals called "caligae," which had thick soles and leather straps that wrapped around the foot and ankle to provide support and protection during marching and combat.
