I was going to paint Fran but finishing her prop with the heat gun made for bad streaming x.x My Dream is to be the best streamer I can be so I pulled from my "Hail Mary's" I tried very specifically to achieve an under glow effect with this paint. I was playing with extra glossy PVC lighting, as well as some fabric special effects to make the paint look super tight ha.
