As a manager, you have to know how to get the rest of workers to respect you... They aren't gonna treat you as if you were the boss or the CEO, because you aren't, but if something happens, the boss is gonna ask you for explanations because you're responsible of whatever happens under your watch... so, if you have to punish someone, I think it's your right to do so.

After all some people deserve a good slap. This one for example is provoking without defending himself... unless his technique consists in disintegrating his rival's organs with his mental power. Which by the way doesn't look like working properly. Perhaps he needs to practice more...

PANCADãO DO CAPELA

I've looked up some information about it, but I'm not entirely sure what it's about. Apparently, it's something known as 'Pancadão do Capela.' It's a practice that mainly happens in the city of São Paulo, Brazil.
