TIMES SQUARE MULTIPLE RUN-OVER

I found a video showing the Times Square run-over from multiple angles. 22 injured people and 1 woman dead. The driver's Richard Rojas (26), who has been arrested. Apparently, this former soldier had previously been arrested several times for driving drunk.
At the end of the video we can see how the driver gets out of the car, tries to run away and he's finally stopped by a cop and some citizens.
