100 NUDE WOMEN DURING THE REPUBLICAN NATIONAL CONVENTION IN CLEVELAND

Spencer Tunick, the photographer famous thanks to his large-scale nude shoots, chose 100 women among 1,800 willing to participate in a protest against Republican politics towards women and minorities.
The women were holding large mirror discs, reflecting the knowledge and wisdom of progressive women and the concept of “Mother Nature”. With that, Spencer wanted to "suggest that women are a reflection and embodiment of nature, the sun, the sky and the land. We want to express the belief that we will rely upon the strength, intuition and wisdom of progressive and enlightened women to find our place in nature and to regain the balance within it. The mirrors communicate that we are a reflection of ourselves, each other, and of, the world that surrounds us. The woman becomes the future and the future becomes the woman."
Wow, Spencer, lucky us you explained it because I only was seeing women willing to show off their bodies and protesting for a good cause. It's much clearer now.

A BAD START

It isn't as much what happened as not noticing what happened. If you're just beginning and you don't notice her absence, I don't want to imagine what will happen in 10 or 15 years. The usual case of being two months dead on the couch and not having noticed it.

I came across a photo I liked very much and, when I searched for more info about the model, I found out she's an Argentinian model and actress called Carla Quevedo. I found some more photos of her modelling and the truth is she's the kind of woman who makes me sigh. Nowadays Carla's the owner of the bikini and swimsuit brand "La Belle Rebelle" and she lives between Buenos Aires and New York.
