Texas and flood-ravaged Houston have changed the streets for canals like Venice's.
Today I watched a video showing a lot of cars on a highway towing all kind of boats... I didn't know what was going on, but then I watched another video that answered my question. They were volunteers driving to flooded zones in order to help people trapped in their houses... Helping others and patriotism at its max.
