ALL WRONG

A bunch of disastrous recklessness at a random intersection in a random city in Eastern Europe.
The tram stopping in the middle of the road for passengers to get on or off, with the traffic lights green for the rest of the vehicles, seems to me like the ultimate test of urban survival I've seen, right after those signal-less intersections in some Asian cities.

TRAGICOMEDY

The theater is represented by two masks, one that smiles and the one that cries. They represent comedy and drama. They are symbols of Greek origin; Talia, the muse of comedy, music, song and joy and Melpomene, muse of tragedy.
At this intersection of an average street in Mexico, a man tries to put out the fire that has broken out in his car, but fate has an unexpected ending in store, as tragic as it is wonderful.

RIDING LIKE A MANIAC

For the sake of not jumping into conclusions, we could assume that it was impossible for him to hit the brakes (it looks like he was riding one of these popular electric scooters). However, the fact that he was carrying a dog while riding that makes me think he was kind of a dick. Even assuming that the dog was high on pills due to some emergency and he was rushing to the vet, that would still not justify the fact than his response was worst than anything else he could have done.
