ENJOYING THE BURNING MAN

The Burning Man is a mix between a hippy party and a post-apocalyptic meeting of characters from Mad Max films. It's a 1-week alternative festival which takes place every year in Nevada's desert. Despite what you could think at first sight, the festival isn't full of people in tattered clothes because the ticket costs almost $400.
It's an artistic festival where commerce's forbidden, where you have to be self-sufficient and where cleaning and alternative clothes play an important part.

HUNTING DRONES

Shooting drones, because it's Sunday and this is America

Dan Bilzerian meets some friends (boys and girls), guns and enough ammo as to survive a day in The Walking Dead and goes to desert in order to shoot and hunt drones.
Then he shows the video to his father and he tells him "You gotta get a job, son".
The video was promoted by dronefly. He had so much fun... and probably he was paid for it!

I don't know how did I arrive to this photo, but I really like it.
It was taken on the last Burning Man by Martha Graeff, a blogger who writes about fashion and style. She decided to run an adventure in a world very similar to Mad Max movies.

BURNING MAN 2012

For one more year (26 in total), Nevada's desert has seen on of the most alternative festivals, the Burning Man, where free souls, all kinds of artists and people looking for amusement survive for a week among many different and funny activities.

I've found some photos shot by Reuters photographer Jim Urquhart. I'll keep searching for hot stuff, as I do every year.

BURNING MAN 2011

I'm so sad!! I don't know what happened this year at the Burning Man, but compared to past years and, after an exhaustive search, I've found very little.
I wanna think many people hasn't uploaded their pics yet, since the event ended yesterday, so we'll try to prepare another set of pics soon.
