FRENCH WOMEN COULDN'T WEAR TROUSERSFrench women are no longer forbidden to wear trousers. Yes, you've read it well. Since 1800, under Napoleon Bonaparte's orders, women couldn't wear trousers, unless they police gave them permission.
Obviously, everybody ignored this law, but it hasn't been abolished till this week. Femen wanted to honor this cloth and they appeared in Paris in jeans and... topless. This is still forbidden, so they were arrested.

FREE LOVEYesterday I forgot to publish that Femen also took part in the last gay marriage march in Paris. They were dressed as brides, they sang and they kissed each other. Some of the photos are really cool with those "Instagramish" styles.

FEMEN. FIGHTING FOR A CHANGEFemen protested outside the summit meeting between the European Union and Russia, trying to warn about the disastrous consequences for Europe's democracy in case they came to terms with Putin's government. They wanted to break the negotiations with Gazprom, the main Russian energy company.
Of course, they didn't last too much because the police knew about the protest.
On the other hand, Alia Magda Al-Mahdi, the Egyptian woman who protested naked against women's problems in her country, flew to Stockholm, where she posed along with Femen in front of the Egyptian Embassy.

FEMEN ON HORSEBACKI don't know if Ukranian authorities thought that they were free of Femen since they're now focusing their efforts in France and other countries, but it seems they aren't.
New activists entered the Ukranian Senate building to protest against politician's parsimony with the country's problems.
