HOUSTON FLOODING. SECOND PART

The American are so American... In situations like that suffered in Houston is when they show that cool American spirit, which make their movies the best. Forget about author cinema, indie movies, French films... Make America Great Again.
Only they are capable of rescuing a military truck pulling it with a monster truck and then yelling and applauding in such American way...

HOUSTON FLOODING

"Houston! Houston! We have a problem!"
"Well, I'm afraid we're in a worse situation!"

Texas and flood-ravaged Houston have changed the streets for canals like Venice's.
Today I watched a video showing a lot of cars on a highway towing all kind of boats... I didn't know what was going on, but then I watched another video that answered my question. They were volunteers driving to flooded zones in order to help people trapped in their houses... Helping others and patriotism at its max.

THE HERO REPORTER

A TV team in Houston broadcasts live how a driver, who thought the pool wasn't so deep, gets trapped in his car in a flooded part of the city. The reporter, a big "hero", decides to enter the water, microphone in hand, to save the driver...
As soon as he was safe, the reporter tries to interview him, right after losing his car and having suffered the worst episode in his life.
