DEAD ISLAND 2 SHOWCASE - ANOTHER DAY IN HELL-A

Deep Silver and their developer house, Dambuster Studios, presented a showcase with trailers, videos and news for the premiere of the expected title, on April 28, 2023.
A live-action adventure starring three characters who experience events in a world similar to that of Dead Island 2.
The protagonists seek refuge from the hordes of zombies, but unfortunately for them, no place is safe. On the other hand, the new trailer called “Welcome to HELL-A” was also released. For those of you who don't know, HELL-A is a fictional location based on Los Angeles. In this trailer we meet Jacob and Amy, two of the characters who must go through HELL-A to stay alive.

MEDIEVAL ZOMBIES IN BLIGHT: SURVIVAL

Haenir Studio, the Icelandic developer responsible for the Blight: Survival project, has opted to transport us to an alternative version of the 14th century, in which two nations face each other in an incessant war. This conflict is mixed with a plague that turns humans into zombies, much like The Last of Us.

COD MODERN WARFARE 2: AMSTERDAM GAMEPLAY VS. REAL-LIFE

For a few weeks, you can play the campaign mode of the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, which will have its official launch tomorrow, October 28th. One of its missions takes place in an entertainment area in Amsterdam, and the level of realism is amazing. They have compared images of the game with a video of the same place IRL and it is quite surprising.

TEUFELSRAD OR THE DEVIL'S WHEEL

Teufelsrad, also known as the devil's wheel, is a game that has been played at Oktoberfest for more than 100 years. It is a circular platform that turns, and the game basically consists of staying inside the circle before the centrifugal force throws you out. When you manage to stay in the midpoint of the circle, and physics ceases to have as much effect, people from the outside try to throw ropes at you and drag you outside of the circle, as if you were in a rodeo.

THE GREASY POLE OF THE SAGUNTO NATIONAL HOLIDAYS

It took me a long time to discover the festivals of Puerto de Sagunto in Valencia, more specifically the game of the greased pole, which basically consists of running through it and trying to catch the flag that is at the opposite end. Very Takeshi's Castle type of humor.
