When you are a "content creator", regardless of the type of content you work with, you are forced to have to be recording material practically all day. The audience has a voracious appetite and if you don't give them entertainment, they will go to another content creator. So little by little, without realizing it, you end up being a slave to your own community. You don't even have time to eat quietly.
