SWAT SNIPER IN FLORIDA SHOOTS HOSTAGE-TAKING ROBBERY SUSPECT

On Tuesday, February 6, 2024, the FBI and Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a robbery and hostage situation at a Bank of America in Fort Myers. The suspect, Sterling Alavache, 36 years old, armed with a knife and claiming to have a bomb, was shot by a SWAT sniper while threatening two hostages. The hostages were released unharmed and the situation was quickly resolved.

Meanwhile, far from there in St. Petersburg, someone enters a café-restaurant with some bags and forgets one of them at a table. A man notices and takes it, but karma, always vigilant, acts accordingly, maintaining the fragile balance of the Universe.

POLICE VIOLENCE AT MANCHESTER AIRPORT

A violent arrest at Manchester Airport shows a police officer repeatedly kicking a man's head while he is on the ground. The officer has been suspended and an independent investigation has been initiated.
