ALL WRONG

A bunch of disastrous recklessness at a random intersection in a random city in Eastern Europe.
The tram stopping in the middle of the road for passengers to get on or off, with the traffic lights green for the rest of the vehicles, seems to me like the ultimate test of urban survival I've seen, right after those signal-less intersections in some Asian cities.

BEAM ON THE WAY

A group of workers are crossing the street carrying a massive beam, just a few meters away from a pedestrian crossing. Most motorcyclists notice them and manage to dodge or brake, but this girl doesn't realize it and ends up eating the beam. It's pretty obvious whose fault it is.

A FLAWLESS PLAN

Some drug traffickers went to shoot a house. Quickly someone decided that it was time to get out of there and everyone ran to the car. Apparently one of them had removed the safety pin of a grenade but did not have time to toss it. It exploded while they were fleeing the scene.

BASE JUMP GOES WRONG

3 people decided to perform a BASE jump and two of the protagonists became tied up in one of the parachutes. From what I have read on reddit, both guys didn't suffer fatal injuries and will be able to tell this story to their grandchildren (if they stop doing these things).
