An armed suspect stole a highway construction truck and led authorities on a dangerous chase down the 10 Freeway in Pomona, California. The chase ended when officers rammed the vehicle with a SWAT armored BearCat and the suspect ran away to the other side of the highway, until a police K-9 agent brought him down to the ground.
