PANCADãO DO CAPELA

I've looked up some information about it, but I'm not entirely sure what it's about. Apparently, it's something known as 'Pancadão do Capela.' It's a practice that mainly happens in the city of São Paulo, Brazil.

These scenes were filmed a few months ago in Chile. A group of bikers confronts a car physically due to a previous incident.
