As a result of the death of the young Iranian woman Mahsa Amini, arrested for wearing her veil the wrong way, there have been endless protests, but not only in Iran. The Iranian embassies and consulates of several countries have also suffered violent events since then the siege of protesters calling for the overthrow of the current government and the end of the morality police.

I don't know the reason why people are fighting, but they seem to be fighting each other. I suppose that two sides have been created; the defenders of the regime and those who ask for a change.

A couple in Paisley, Scotland, wrecked a shop, shouting racist insults and resisting employees who tried to kick them out. The chaos escalated when a passerby threw the man to the ground, and a few women got into a fight. The police eventually arrested the couple for public disorder.

HOW TO MAKE EVERYTHING EVEN WORSE

In the U.S., there are "fire lanes", areas reserved for firefighters and emergency services. If you park there, you risk having your car towed, and you'll only get it back after paying the fine and towing fees.

In Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, someone decided to ignore this rule and left their car in one of these spots. The tow truck did its job, but the car owner didn’t take it well and decided to confront the operator. What started as a simple $100-200 fine quickly escalated into a mess—damaging his own car and facing 3 to 6 months in jail for assault.

Moral of the story: if you screw up, don’t make it worse. And definitely don’t punch someone just doing their job. Explaining that in jail won’t be fun. And all this just for a meal at a Chinese restaurant with a mediocre 3.6 rating on Google… not worth it.

Oh, and the guy got lucky. The tow truck driver kept his cool, but after the scuffle, he reached for what looked like a firearm. In the U.S., tow truck operators are often legally armed due to how aggressive some customers can get. Thankfully, it didn’t escalate further—because that could’ve ended way worse.

STRICKLAND VS NAVY SEAL

Sean Strickland (Former UFC champion) was challenged by a Navy SEAL for a sparring competition after Strickland said that Navy SEALs were delusional for thinking they could beat him. Strickland claimed that, although special forces know how to fight, it's ridiculous to think they could beat him in a fistfight. A Navy SEAL named Jimmy Watson responded, saying that even the weakest SEAL would destroy him in a street fight.

Strickland accepted the challenge but couldn't get in contact with Watson. Months later, Strickland finally had a sparring match with Mitch Aguiar, an ex-Navy SEAL. Strickland showed the difference between regular fighters and a former champion.

During the fight, Strickland threw powerful punches that cornered Aguiar against the cage. Despite his defeat, Aguiar endured a brutal beating without giving up, getting up again and again, thus demonstrating his incredible mental toughness.

CONTROVERSIES IN PARIS 2024 BOXING

Two of the boxing "competitors" at the Paris 2024 Olympics, Algerian Imane Khelif and Taiwanese Lin Yu-Ting, were disqualified from the AIB World Championship just a year ago after mandatory DNA tests revealed XY chromosomes.

However, this year's Olympic Games allow each country's organizations to set their own criteria when selecting athletes, which is why both boxers can compete in the French capital without any issues.

In light of this controversy, a 2022 fight between Imane Khelif and Mexican Brianda Cruz has gone viral, showcasing Khelif's physical superiority.
