TWO BATTLES IN ONE

In any conflict, two simultaneous battles are fought: one physical and visible, where strength and skill determine the outcome, and another mental or spiritual, invisible, where the fight is against fears, doubts, and internal emotions. While the physical battle is immediate and tangible, the mental one can be more exhausting, as it has no clear end and can extend far beyond the visible fight. Often, it's this internal battle that determines the true outcome of the confrontation.

NATE DIAZ GETS REVENGE ON JORGE MASVIDAL. THE BEST MOMENTS OF THE BOXING MATCH

Diaz defeated Masvidal by majority decision in a 10-round fight that headlined a PPV event at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.
