She was that woman who decided not to get up and give her seat to a white man on a bus. This gesture led to a change in laws regarding non-discrimination based on race. Rosa Parks was not the first person to rebel against unjust rules, but her circumstances led her to become the “mother of the civil rights movement.”

CLOSING THE CONFLICT WITH A HANDSHAKE

In Russia, where the shipping company CDEK has around 36,000 pickup points, an incident showed how a routine situation can quickly spiral out of control.
In the city of Sterlitamak, a man went to pick up a package with his son, but things took a turn when he felt another customer was being rude to the employee at the counter.

The father, outraged, started yelling at the customer about how he should behave. The argument escalated quickly, turning into a physical fight with punches and shouting, while CDEK employees tried to handle the chaos, and the child watched, traumatized. In the end, after the tensions settled, the men shook hands and went about their day as if nothing had happened.
