Last month, on 26th April, he went to a shopping mall and approached Candice Spivey in a clothes store in order to harass her with questions like "do you wear panties?" or "do you have pubic hair?" Candice, who already had problems with him in the past, turned her cell phone camera on and started filming him... Jeffrey, who didn't expect it, ran away... but Candice chased him shouting and asking him to be arrested.
The voyeur arrived to the parking lot and got into his car, running away. However, a police patrol saw and chased him until arresting him.
