NOW WE’RE BLOWN AWAY BY AI LIKE OUR GRANDPARENTS WERE BY TVCreating images of celebrities with artificial intelligence, seeing them in sexy versions, in scenarios that never existed—just a few years ago, this would have been unimaginable. What once required hours of editing and advanced Photoshop skills can now be generated in seconds with just a few words. This is the new magic of the 21st century.
In the 1950s, people were mesmerized by television. Watching moving images on a screen was a surreal experience, a technological leap that changed the way we consumed entertainment. In just a few years, it went from being a luxury novelty to an everyday household staple, transforming culture and the way stories were told.
Today, AI is doing the same for digital imagery. We no longer just consume content—we create it on demand, manipulate reality, and play with what was once impossible. What you see no longer has to exist to be captivating. It's a new form of creativity, exploration, and for some, a fresh debate on the limits of technology and ethics.
One thing is certain: if people in the ‘50s were amazed by television, future generations will look back and be just as blown away by what we’re experiencing today.

The slow-motion shot of the day.
VANESSA CARLYSLE, DEADPOOL’S GIRLFRIENDIn the comics, Vanessa Carlysle is a mutant with the ability to shapeshift, and her superhero name is Copycat. Her life with Wade Wilson (Deadpool) starts before he becomes the antihero known as Deadpool. At the beginning of their relationship, Wade is a mercenary who ends up leaving Vanessa when he discovers he has cancer, as he doesn’t want her to see him suffer.
Later on, Vanessa becomes an assassin and is hired by the villain Tolliver, who uses her to impersonate Domino, a mutant working with X-Force. During this time, Vanessa and Wade cross paths again, and although their relationship is complicated by the lives they lead, there’s always a strong emotional connection between them.
Vanessa’s story in the comics is marked by her struggle with her identity and her romantic relationship with Deadpool, which is complicated by their dark pasts.
In the Deadpool movies, Vanessa (played by Morena Baccarin) has a slightly different story. In the first movie, Vanessa is a sex worker who meets Wade in a bar. They start an intense and deep relationship. When Wade finds out he has terminal cancer, he decides to undergo an experimental treatment that turns him into Deadpool but also disfigures him. Ashamed of his appearance, Wade distances himself from Vanessa to protect her, though he continues to watch over her from the shadows.
Vanessa remains a central motivation for Deadpool throughout the movies. Their relationship is one of the few areas where Deadpool shows vulnerability and genuine emotion. In the second movie, the plot revolves around Vanessa’s death at the beginning, which drives Deadpool to find a way to reverse events and save her..
Deadpool and Vanessa’s relationship is marked by chaos, love, and tragedy. While Wade Wilson is a chaotic character full of dark humor, his love for Vanessa is deep, and she is one of the few people who truly understands and accepts him, flaws and all.
