SORA. CREATING VIDEOS FROM TEXT
SORA is an artificial intelligence tool designed to generate videos from text descriptions. It allows users to describe a scene and watch it come to life right before their eyes in video form. It utilizes advanced artificial intelligence algorithms, trained with vast amounts of visual data, to understand and process the text descriptions provided by users. Then, it uses this knowledge to generate images that match the given description. This process combines elements of natural language processing and neural networks to produce amazingly realistic results.
From simplifying the process of designing and creating visual content to enabling users to bring imaginary worlds to life quickly and efficiently, the applications are endless. Whether it's to illustrate stories, prototype designs, or simply let imagination soar, SORA promises to open new frontiers in visual creativity.
I'm sharing with you some videos created by SORA and some reflections.
Continuous development of SORA and other similar AIs promises to enhance the quality and consistency in image generation. This means the line between reality and fiction will become even more blurred, as the generated images will be practically indistinguishable from real ones. This advancement could have a significant impact on how we perceive and consume visual media.
The current model has weaknesses. It may struggle to accurately simulate the physics of a complex scene and may not understand specific cases of cause and effect. For example, a person might take a bite out of a cookie, but then the cookie may not show the bite mark.
The model may also confuse spatial details of a message, for example, mixing up left and right, and may struggle with precise descriptions of events that take place over time, such as following a specific camera trajectory.
Sora is capable of generating complex scenes with multiple characters, specific types of movement, and precise details of subject and background. The model understands not only what the user has requested in the message but also how those things exist in the physical world.
The ease with which realistic images can be generated poses the risk of an increase in misinformation and manipulation. We already see examples of fake images circulating on social media and being accepted as true. With SORA and similar technologies, this problem could worsen, which could have serious implications for public trust and political decision-making.
know you're really smart, part of that 0.01% of people who have a clear understanding of reality, and it's hard to fool you. But what about everyone else? Manipulating them will be a piece of cake. If they can now make you believe that what you've seen and heard isn't true and try to twist everything around, what will happen when they're able to create images with video and audio where you see and hear what they want?
Cameramen, directors, and other film professionals face a significant change in their industry. While it was initially believed that artificial intelligence would complement human work, it's likely that in the long run it will replace many traditional functions, which could have consequences for both job creation and the quality and diversity of content produced.
The ability to generate highly personalized visual content raises important considerations in the entertainment industry, and yes, as you've surely thought about on occasion, also for the adult entertainment industry. While this could offer a more satisfying experience for consumers, it also raises ethical and privacy concerns. The possibility of creating manipulated or non-consensual images could pose serious legal and ethical challenges in this industry.
Creating scenes starring celebrities, or people you know, may seem fascinating when it comes to fulfilling certain fantasies, but it also raises other more complex scenarios that could border on crimes, as well as recreating certain types of scenes, aside from how grotesque and humiliating they may be.
Remember the famous phrase, "With great power comes great responsibility"?

BORN IN RUSSIABeing born here or there, into a rich or poor family, is so incredibly random that sometimes we forget just how much life resembles a roll of the dice—one we don't even get to throw ourselves. Think about it: coming into this world is literally the universe’s biggest lottery, and it's absurd how something we have absolutely zero control over defines us from day one.
Some people land straight into mansions with swimming pools, surrounded by privileges they never even asked for. Others are born between bare walls and leaking roofs, facing limited chances from the moment they open their eyes. And here's the kicker: no one earned the conditions they're born into. There’s no merit, no initial effort—just pure chance.
Whether we're born lucky or unlucky massively shapes our paths: education, health, opportunities, even our dreams and aspirations. Sure, there are those who preach that "where there’s a will, there’s a way," but reality is much harsher. Our randomly assigned starting point can either turbocharge our lives or slam on the brakes right from the start.
