The color green has held deep and diverse meanings in various cultures throughout history. Commonly associated with life, nature, and growth, green has also symbolized renewal and fertility in ancient civilizations like Egypt, where it was linked to the god Osiris. However, not everything about green is positive; during the Middle Ages in Europe, green was associated with poison and danger, making it an unlucky color for some.

In the religious sphere, green is particularly significant in Islam, where it is considered sacred and is associated with paradise, while in medieval Christianity, it symbolized hope and eternal life. Politically, green has become a global emblem and symbol of environmentalism and sustainability.

From a psychological perspective, green is associated with calmness and balance, due to its constant presence in nature. It’s a symbol of youth and freshness.
