Talking about yoga is talking about a whole universe of possibilities, and there is always a style that fits each and every one of us.

Aerial Yoga. A mix of yoga and acrobatic gymnastics. A swing formed by suspended fabrics is used, it allow to carry out classic yoga and inverted postures.

Sup Yoga. Very fashionable in California. Only difference between traditional yoga and Paddleboard yoga is that the classic "mat" is exchanged for a surfboard.

Bikram yoga. This discipline is performed at 40 degrees Celsius where 26 postures are always performed for 90 minutes.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. A dynamic yoga in which you are not going to stay in one position for a long time, but you move from one to another in a more fluid and coordinated way with your breath, like a dance.
