Joey Chestnut once again claimed victory in the 2022 Hot Dog Eating Contest, eating no less than 63 hot dogs in 10 minutes, far from his last year's best mark of 76 devoured hot dogs.
Joey won the contest despite appearing on crutches, due to a tendon injury, and also despite a brief interruption by an animal rights protester, which Joey wasted no time in throwing off with a wrench that could have very well ripped his head off. Never come between a man and his hotdogs.
