This person works directly with a director, manager, or high-level executive to provide administrative and organizational support. Their responsibilities may include managing the director's schedule, coordinating meetings and events, preparing documents and presentations, answering phone calls and emails, and performing various administrative tasks.

To be effective in this role, an executive assistant must have excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
