CRASHES HIS CAR INTO A POLICE STATION

At first glance, it might seem like an accident: a man, perhaps a bit intoxicated, crashes his car into a police station. These things happen. We see them almost daily. Maybe not into a police station, but in many other places: laundromats, restaurants, hair salons... But there's one detail that makes me suspicious.
