POLICE OFFICER SLAPS PATIENT AFTER SUICIDE ATTEMPT

Regarding the video in question, the attacked person was a man who, after a suicide attempt, ended up in the hospital guarded by the police. I don't know at all what the context of the following video is, but everything points to the fact that the woman in the video is not mentally healthy, or at least not fully. Two different crosswalks, two different drivers. I think it's her thing.
