TRAVELING BY CAR VOL10It doesn’t matter what car you drive. It doesn’t matter if it’s gas-powered or electric, or whether it’s packed with features or not. What truly matters, if you’re traveling with company, is who’s sitting next to you.

THE POPULARITY OF SIDESHOWS AND RIDEOUTSEurope has been copying trends from the USA for decades, and phenomena like sideshows and rideouts are already being replicated in several Eurozone countries.
"Sideshows" became popular in the San Francisco Bay Area, particularly in Oakland, during the 1980s and 1990s. These events, where high-end cars gather, often involve burnouts, tire-smoking stunts, and other high-risk maneuvers, usually carried out in public spaces like intersections or parking lots. While they started as spontaneous gatherings for car enthusiasts, over time, they have become associated with illegal activities and safety concerns.
"Bike life rideouts," or simply "rideouts," refers to large gatherings of motorcyclists, often on sport bikes, dirt bikes, quads, or scooters, riding in massive groups and performing stunts like wheelies, burnouts, and other acrobatics, all while ignoring traffic rules and disrupting other drivers.
The "bike life" movement gained popularity in cities like Baltimore, New York, Atlanta, and Philadelphia. While some see it as a cultural or community expression, authorities consider it illegal due to the risks posed to participants and bystanders.

THE UNCOMFORTABLE TRUTH BEHIND THE ELECTRIC TRANSITIONThey’re selling us the transition from gasoline cars to electric ones as a fight against climate change, but is it really? I doubt it. It feels more like a strategic move, a shift in the game designed to benefit a select few, all wrapped up in a noble cause.
For decades, Europe has depended on oil, a resource it doesn’t produce in sufficient quantities and must import from complicated regions. Switching the entire automotive market to electric cars not only reduces this dependency but also redirects the money flow to electric companies that, conveniently, have resources and infrastructure within the continent. A model change that will undoubtedly skyrocket these companies’ profits.
And let’s not be naive: electric companies don’t operate alone. With a well-oiled lobby, they’ve managed to infiltrate political agendas and shape the narrative in their favor. Enter the famous climate change argument, which, while real to some extent (because the planet’s climate has always been changing), has become the perfect excuse to justify the transition.
How else can you explain someone like Greta Thunberg having a global media platform back in the day, propped up by the same governments now pushing for this change? This isn’t due to widespread social pressure but rather a narrative designed to support an economic strategy that benefits the few.
In the end, climate change is the excuse; money is the real objective. I have no evidence, but I also have no doubts.
I’m sharing a few videos of cars—or rather, their interiors—with you.
