DON'T MAKE THE BOUNCERS ANGRY

Kicking the door of a nightclub full of bouncers inside is not a very good idea, it doesn't matter if cops (in this case, female cops) have arrived and you think they're going to protect you if things go south.
Apparently the boy's phone was stolen and he called the police, but given his aggressive attitude, the bouncers just decided to wash their hands. That's when the boy starts kicking, until the bouncers stepped outside, ran out of patience and decide to take action.
