CRAZY OR INFLUENCER

Years ago, seeing someone talking to themselves on the street made you think they were crazy. But with the arrival of cell phones and earbuds, we started to see it as normal. Now, when we see someone talking alone, we assume they’re on a call, though that might not always be the case.

Today, something similar happens with social media videos. You see someone doing weird things in public—talking to themselves, gesturing, dancing—and you instantly think they’re recording a video for TikTok or Instagram. But what if that person isn’t filming anything and is just "crazy as hell"?

We’ve gotten used to seeing people do strange things and assume it’s all for social media, but maybe some of these people are still the "crazies" from before, only now we assume everything has to do with a phone or a camera.

AN AI-CREATED MODEL GOES VIRAL AFTER SOME MEDIA OUTLETS MISTAKE HER FOR REAL

Two weeks ago, the Grand Prix was held in Zandvoort, where many images of the atmosphere and the people present were shared. One of the photos that went viral featured a supposed model named Emma Lewis, wearing a Red Bull shirt. However, upon closer inspection, it becomes clear that Emma isn’t real but rather a model generated by artificial intelligence (AI).

In reality, many of these "models" seen on social media during events like this don’t physically exist; they are created by AI through specialized companies like AHMV Studio. This phenomenon has sparked a debate about the future of virtual influencers and the impact of artificial intelligence on the marketing industry.
While AI models are gaining popularity, experts believe that marketing with both real and virtual models will coexist for some time, as the technology has not yet fully matured.

In case you don't know who Jack Doherty is (I didn't), he is another famous young man on social media who, at the age of 20, has millions of followers across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms.
I don't know in what context, because I'm not familiar with his life or adventures, but Doherty went to a shopping center to shake people's faces accompanied by a bodyguard. If it weren't for this guard, he probably would have taken a hit that day.
But karma is always there, even if you don't see it, and it has finally taken care of putting this moron in his place.

INFLUENCER CAUSES MAYHEM IN NY

Kai Cenat, streamer, youtuber and influencer with more than 15M followers on his networks, had the brilliant idea of having a public meeting with his followers in Union Square Park in New York, to raffle off video game consoles, games, controllers and other promotional items, and things ended up getting out of hand to the point that the police had to activate a level-four rapid mobilization protocol, the most urgent level to deal with disasters.

The area was invaded by more than 2,000 young people wanting to have a good time, and we already know how some young people have fun today: fights, robberies, looting, destruction of furniture and cars, etc.

Cenat had to be evacuated for "security reasons" and now faces charges of inciting a riot and promoting an illegal gathering in New York City.
