HIT AND RUN

This past weekend a video (recorded in mid-August) has been circulating online where two minors are driving a car (apparently stolen) on the roads of Las Vegas. At first we can witness how they bumped into a car's tail, causing the other driver to lose control of the car. Afterwards, they decided to run over a cyclist.
The cyclist, a 64-year-old retired police officer, died in hospital from his injuries.
The young people, who were initially arrested for refusing help, will see their sentence increased after the release of the video that they themselves recorded.

APPARENTLY COURTNEY CLENNEY WAS SOMETHING VIOLENT

In April of this year, Miami police department responded to a domestic violence call. Courtney Clenney, 25 years old, an OnlyFans influencer and model, had allegedly murdered her boyfriend Christian Obumseli after stabbing him several times. Courtney claimed to have done it in her own defense.

MURDER OR SELF-DEFENSE?

The TV news once again echoed the death of a black man at the hands of a police officer and, once again, those who claim that the police are racist confront those who defend police actions.
The ones that say you can't tell someone not to resist while you're kneeing them in the ribs, that you can't hold a gun on someone while they're not acting aggressively, and if you can't control your frustration at lack of submission of a civilian, you should not carry a weapon with which you then execute with a shot to the back of the head someone who simply did not agree to be arrested.
On the other hand, there are those who say that you cannot resist the authority, that you cannot run away or fight with a police officer, that there are other legal channels if you are not satisfied with the arrest, and ultimately that if you decide to resist using physical force, everything that happens from that point on will be your fault. They claim that the police officers are putting their lives on the line all the time because there are many situations in which a civilian pulls out a gun and starts shooting.

26-years old Patrick Lyoya resisted an officer when he was pulled over in his car. After a struggle, Lyoya managed to take the taser gun from the agent, but the later took out his service weapon and shot him point-blank in the neck. Self-defense or execution?

LAS VEGAS MASSACRE

58 killed and 515 hurt during the deadliest mass shooting in US history today during the celebration of a concert close to Casino Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas.
The murderer, Stephen Paddock, a 64-year-old white man, shot his machine gun from a window of the 32th floor of Casino Hotel. He killed himself before the police entered the room.
