RUGBY PLAYER PUNCHES AND KNOCKS REFEREE DOWNA rugby player of the French team Saint Esteve was ejected from a match but, before leaving, he decided to show his disagreement with the referee by knocking him down. Some Toulouse players, the other team, reproached his attitude and they were also attacked.
This same player had been suspended four matches because of a similar situation.

BAR FIGHTChairs flying, people punching and kicking all over the place in a bar in Headingley, a district of Leeds in north England.
Thinking aloud. Do you know why there's so much violence in social networks? I have the theory that humans are violent by nature, but our society taught us to suppress our instincts because in a civilization like ours people can't pretend to solve problems wielding a knife. Luckily, most people are capable of suppressing that violent (and sexual) instincts. The problem's that many of them channel that violence towards social networks. It's an "anonymous" place where they can show their anger, frustration, envy, hate or violence, a perfect place to release tension.

IF SOCCER PLAYERS DON'T GIVE EXAMPLE...A match between Gama and Brasiliense ended in a big battle. I'm not gonna blame the soccer players, but they were indeed the reason after the violence we see later.
At minute 40 and going 1-1, Dudu Gago (Gama) and Nunes (Brasiliense) started fighting... the violence was extended to the rest of the players and from there to the fans...
Rivalry isn't violence. Do you know what players in Pro Evolution Soccer do when they receive a foul? They push the other player! Was that really necessary? That's what children see when they play and that's what they do later in the real world...

WHY ARE WE VIOLENT?Some people say aggressiveness lays in our genes, inherited from our ancestors who had to survive in a very violent world... while others say nobody's born being violent, they just become more aggressive due to their experiences and social influences.
Either way, we know there are people who use violence much often than others, thinking it's the key to solve their problems and differences.
The truth is violence isn't compatible with living in society and there are other ways to solve conflicts, no need to harm anyone.
Why are we violent? I think it's a mix of genetics, social influence, a recourse to protect ourselves, survive or get what we want... There's also the option of running away and hide. Some may say they're cowards, some will say they're the most intelligent...

VIOLENT CHILDREN BECAUSE OF VIOLENT VIDEOGAMESToo much violence in videogames, they say... That no wonder it happens what it happens... And in the past? There weren't wars, pillages or towns burning? And one of the most expected events by both adults and children: public executions, where they could throw things to those sentenced to death?

HOW TO REDUCE VIOLENCE IN SPORTSThe film "The purge" says that if we are allowed to do anything for a day, the violence during the rest of the year will drastically reduce.
In the film, there's a 12-hour period in which any and all crime is legalized.
This idea could be applied to erradicate violence in sport events. The fans hold back until they explode... Well, why not let them release adrenaline?
Let's see how...

THE CONTROVERSY IS SERVED WITH HATRED GAMEDestructive Creations shared a new gameplay trailer of their game Hatred. And the controversy is served because the end of the game is to kill with no reason. The player takes the role of a murderer who hates humanity and wants to kill everybody.
It's easy to draw a parallel between the game and Columbine or Denver's cinema killings, for example.
What's your oppinion? Do you think this kind of games shouldn't be allowed? Or do you think everyone's free to do whatever they want as long as they don't annoy/hurt others?
